Lions bring in more help for Stafford

The first round of the 2010 NFL Draft is in the books, and the Detroit Lions drafted former Nebraska DT Ndamukong Suh and California RB Jahvid Best. This means another fast weapon on the offensive side of the ball to help keep pressure off of Matthew, and hopefully Suh is as good as advertised and provides some help on defense so the offense won't have to play from behind every week.
